SEKHA International Community conducted a 7 days residential meditation programme which started on 05th September 2022, at Thai Temple, Mabima, Sri Lanka. A 4 days residential meditation programme was also conducted from 08th September 2022, in order to facilitate Upasaka, Upasika who were engaged in a busy life schedule while having an interest in spiritual practicing. Our spiritual teacher, Ven. Panadure Ananda Thero guided 06 no of Upasaka and 26 no of Upasika to walk through the path of ending the cycle of samsara.
