First Sekha International meditation retreat for the year 2024 was held at Patisambhidaramaya, Anuradhapura during 25th to 29th January. More than 30 Sekha members participated in this program and the most Venerable Panadure Ananda Thero conducted the guided meditation sessions. Main focus of these guided meditations was anuchchanupassana, dukkhanupassana, anaththanupassana meditations and Samatha meditations.
